Bio The (Fabulous) Basics I'm a 2011 graduate of Earlham College with a BA in Japanese Studies. I live in Japan's Iwate prefecture and work as an ALT. The Fandom I'm not super-active in fandom any more, but I do my fair amount of obsessing over AKB48 and Arashi. I've also been increasingly obsessed with Criminal Minds recently. I'm not a big shipper, but I love me some Saeyuki and Kojiyuu in AKB48 fandom and I can ship Arashi every which way. I'm pretty exclusively a Morgan/Reid girl at the moment for Criminal Minds, but I adore every character. Favorites-wise, I'm partial to Yuuko, Mariko, Sae, Takamina, Sayaka, and Yukirin from AKB48, Aiba and Ohno from Arashi (although I love all of my Arashi boys), and Morgan and Garcia from Criminal Minds. I'm also a pretty big fan of 2NE1 and S.H.E., but I've never actually delved far enough into them to see if the fandoms would be a good fit for me. Some fandoms that were important to me in the past (and still are in their own ways) are Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, Fake News, House M.D., Pet Shop of Horrors, Silence of the Lambs, The Devil Wears Prada, figure skating, and Super Junior. I'm happy to fangirl it up with anyone over these, but I won't usually actively seek them out. I'm willing to edit fanfiction in any fandom that I have some knowledge of; just drop me a message if you feel like you might be interested!
